:1. Age Requirement
This event is strictly restricted to persons aged 20 years or older. All guests must present a valid government-issued identification upon entry. Photos of IDs are not accepted. Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of entry without refund.
2. Ticket Policy
● All ticket sales are final.
● Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged unless otherwise required by applicable law.
● Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced.
● The event organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket that is resold, transferred, or obtained through unauthorized channels.
3. Admission
● Admission is subject to venue capacity and security clearance.
● The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, dangerous, or in violation of venue policies.
● No refunds will be provided to guests denied entry or removed from the venue due to misconduct.
4. Event Changes
● The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue layout, supporting acts, or event programming without prior notice.
● In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified regarding available options in accordance with the organizer’s policy.
5.Artist Appearance
● The advertised artist is scheduled to appear and perform; however, performance duration, setlist, and appearance details are subject to change without prior notice.
● The organizer shall not be liable for any changes to the artist’s performance format or duration due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Photography & Recording
● By entering the event premises, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
● The organizer may use such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation to attendees.
7. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The following are prohibited:
● Illegal substances or narcotics.
● Weapons of any kind.
● Outside food and beverages.
● Professional cameras, recording equipment, drones, or other restricted items unless authorized by the organizer.
● Any behavior that may endanger the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
8. Liability
Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance at the event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer, venue, sponsors, and affiliated parties shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during or in connection with the event.
9. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of the event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
10.Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
