This week, Miriam & Ido open the space to guide you into deep embodiment and sensuality. They will help you drop out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body, preparing the vessel.
Then, DALAH takes over. His tribal, shamanic, and afro-ecstatic beats will carry you on a journey through the Five Rhythms. You dance however your body wants to move.
