The guest agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Room Validity: The voucher is valid from now – 31 October 2026 and it cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.
2. Booking and Availability: Guest rooms are subject to availability; advance booking is recommended; the voucher code must be provided to the hotel, and the surcharge must be paid at the time of booking.
3. Redemption: Guest must present this voucher upon arrival at the hotel, fail to do so guest accepted to pay at hotel’s Best Flexible Rate of the day.
4. Surcharge: Guest accepted to pay the surcharge applicable to the following period of stay:
• 9-12 September 2026 and 1-7 October 2026 are at THB 1,500 net per room per night
Extra Bed
• Extra bed at THB 2,000 net per room per night include breakfast
• Extra bed is not allowed in Classic Room and Classic Mountain View room
5. Stay Exclusions (Cannot redeem voucher):
• Classic Room: 1–4 July, 9–12 July, 15–18 July, 24–31 July, and 1–12 August 2026.
• Classic Mountain View Room: 1–3 July, 10–12 July, and 24–31 July 2026
6. Booking Modification and Cancellations: Any modifications or cancellations to the booking must be made in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy
7. Transferability: This voucher is fully transferable.
8. Lost or Stolen Voucher: The hotel will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged of the voucher.
9. Non-refundable: The voucher is non-refundable, no refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher
