• Ticket will be redeemed once at the gate in exchange for a wristband for entry. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event and are strictly non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email ready to be scanned upon arrival.
• Tickets with a designated entry time are subject to a 500 THB late arrival fee.
• Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the venue.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests at its discretion.
• Last entry: Subject to ticket entry slot

• AfroPhuket is a rain-or-shine event and will proceed unless severe weather conditions occur.
• If the event cannot take place due to weather or natural conditions, tickets will be transferable to a later date.
