TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Vouchers are inclusive of a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
• Vouchers are valid until 31st October 2026 (blackout dates applicable).
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This voucher is valid for one-time use only, within the specified validity period.
• Reservations are subject to advance booking and availability.
• Guests must present the original voucher to staff before check-in (the voucher cannot be reissued if lost).
• Blackout dates, including long weekends and public holidays, are at the sole discretion of the hotel and subject to change without prior notice.
• The voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• The Retreat Koh Chang is an Adults Only property; guests under 14 years of age will not be permitted to stay.
• For stays with more than 2 guests, an additional charge of THB 2,000 per person per night applies (includes breakfast).
• Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance of arrival, and the original voucher number must be provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to the arrival date.
• In the event of a no-show, the voucher will be forfeited and cannot be used again under any circumstances.
• The number of rooms available per day for voucher redemption is limited; room confirmation is subject to the allocated availability.
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision, at its sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding.

• ต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก และต้องระบุหมายเลขบัตรห้องพักตัวจริงในการสำรองห้องพัก
• ต้องทำการยกเลิกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก
• กรณีไม่มีการเข้าพักตามวันที่สำรองห้องพักไว้ (no-show) บัตรกำนัลจะถูกยกเลิก และไม่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ได้ในทุก
• จำนวนห้องพักต่อวันสำหรับการใช้บัตรกำนัลมีจำนวนจำกัด การยืนยันห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างที่จัดสรรไว้
• The Retreat Koh Chang ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
