The name Kraz comes from the Breton word for “crispy,” and that’s exactly what you’ll find here, thin, golden-brown crêpes with a delicate crunch.

The restaurant was opened by the IODE team, in a renovated shophouse on Soi Sribumphen, with a cozy two-floor layout featuring an open kitchen, warm orange tones, and minimalist décor. The space feels inviting yet refined, ideal for both a quick coffee stop and a leisurely meal.

The Menu

Kraz specializes in galettes — savory buckwheat crêpes that are naturally gluten-free — alongside classic sweet crêpes.

Savory highlights include:

Complète: smoked ham, egg, Comté cheese, and a touch of jalapeño.

Iode: smoked trout, sour cream, ikura (salmon roe), and pickled onions — a nod to Brittany’s coastal roots.

It was another meal that impressed me the most. All food tastes very delicious. You can feel the good quality of the ingredients and the chef’s dedication to seasoning. It’s a really amazing taste. Every bite is so wow.
