Francisco “Paco” Ruano
Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Chef Paco Ruano has become one of Latin America’s most respected culinary voices. Honky Tonks
Honky Tonks Tavern brings a slice of the American South to Hong Kong with hot chicken, freestyle pizzas, playful cocktails, natural wines, craft beers and its signature hard slushies. Named #15 on the Hong Kong Bartenders Edit 2025, it’s a welcoming neighborhood bar where great food, drinks and good times come together.
– Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

– There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you are asked to leave the event by the event organizer or the authority, or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.
– The event is strictly for those 20 years old and above.
– Guests must agree to a security screening for any prohibited items.
– Outside food and beverages, large bags and flowers are not permitted upon entry.
– Ojo events will be filmed and photographed. By entering the events, you give permission to the event organizer to use any photos / videos taken for marketing purposes.
– The company can issue a tax invoice, but please inform us within 7 days of the ticket purchase.
