CHAMPAGNE DRAPPIER X BAR.YARD  

For one night only, Champagne Drappier brings its family winemaking heritage from Urville to the 40th floor of Bar.Yard. Malo Le Mestre, Commercial Director and global brand representative for the house, will take guests through five distinctive Drappier Champagnes and the stories behind each bottle. 

The pours move from Brut Nature, Zero Dosage and Clarevallis to the house signature Carte d’Or, before Grande Sendrée 2012 takes centre stage. Each Champagne comes with its own Bar.Yard course, bringing together bold flavours, serious bottles and a few unexpected pairings along the way. 

And because this is Bar.Yard, nobody is asking you to sit quietly and discuss tasting notes all night. Expect upbeat music, Bangkok skyline views and rooftop energy alongside the five course dinner.
