Terms & Conditions

1. Fight Card & Schedule Alterations

• Card Subject to Change: The advertised bout schedule, fighter lineup, fight order, and match duration are subject to change, cancellation, or replacement at the promoter’s sole discretion without prior notice (e.g., due to fighter injury, illness, weight cut issues, or travel disruptions).
• No Refunds for Card Adjustments: Substitutions, bout cancellations, or changes in the running order do not entitle ticket holders to full or partial refunds, ticket exchanges, or compensation.

2. Ticketing, Entry & Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• Inherent Risks: Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to attending a live combat sports event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event (including personal injury, airborne debris, or equipment impact).
• Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, attendees release the promoter, venue, sanctioning bodies, fighters, sponsors, and staff from any liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage.
• Sensory Warnings: The event may feature strobe lighting, theatrical haze/fog, pyrotechnics, and high sound pressure levels (loud music and commentary). Attendees are responsible for taking appropriate precautions (e.g., hearing protection for children).

4. Venue Rules, Security & Prohibited Items

• Right of Refusal / Rejection: The promoter and venue security reserve the right to refuse admission or reject any person whose conduct is disorderly, abusive, aggressive, or violates venue regulations, with no entitlement to a refund.
• Security Searches: All attendees and their belongings are subject to security searches and bag checks upon entry.

Prohibited Items:

• Weapons, fireworks, flares, and illicit substances.
• Outside food, alcohol, glass containers, and cans.
• Professional video cameras, tripods, detachable lenses, and drones (unless authorized with press credentials).
• Noisy instruments (whistles, air horns, sirens) and unauthorized promotional/commercial signage.

5. Media Rights & Commercial Broadcast

• Consent to be Filmed: Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded via audio and video. The promoter holds the worldwide, perpetual right to broadcast, stream, and use attendees’ likeness in live streams, pay-per-views (PPV), and marketing materials without compensation.
• No Unauthorized Live Streaming: Commercial filming, continuous video recording, or unauthorized live streaming of fight action (e.g., via TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or YouTube) is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate confiscation/ejection.

6. Age & Alcohol Regulations

• Age Restrictions: Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Alcohol Sales: Attendees wishing to purchase or consume alcohol must be of legal drinking age and present valid identification. Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry or cut off from bar service.
