Chef Borja Terry of UNO MAS, Chef Luca Russo of Red Sky, and special guest Chef Nicolás “Manxeff” – hailing from Spain, join forces to create an exclusive menu inspired by the vibrant flavours, generous spirit, and rich culinary traditions of Spain. Throughout the evening, guests can indulge in unlimited tapas and freshly prepared paella while enjoying panoramic views from the 54th floor.
From classic Spanish favourites to specially created dishes available only for this collaboration, every plate is crafted to be shared, encouraging lively conversations and memorable moments around the table.
