Cocktails, Tapas & Friends returns to The St. Regis Bar this month, celebrating innovation, collaboration, and the dynamic spirit of Asia’s bar community. The May Edition brings together leading talents from across the region, including founders Agung Prabowo and Laura Prabowo from Penicillin Hong Kong, alongside Kiki Moka of The Cocktail Club Jakarta, named Indonesia’s Best Bar 2024 by Asia’s 50 Best Bars and Brian Gonzalez, Beverage Manager of The St. Regis Bar Bangkok. Complementing the cocktail experience, Wildfire Singapore joins forces with Executive Chef Matteo Fontana to present a refined selection of tapas, alongside a live DJ set and expertly crafted cocktails featuring Orientalist Spirits.
