ไม่สามารถใช้ส่วนลดอื่นร่วมได้ รวมถึงโปรโมชั่น Early Bird

- ห้องอาหาร Benihana เปิดให้บริการทุกวัน เวลา 12.00–22.00 น.
- บัตรกำนัลใช้ได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
- บัตรกำนัลที่ไม่ได้ใช้ภายในวันหมดอายุ จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ โดยไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือแลกเปลี่ยนได้
- ไม่สามารถใช้บัตรกำนัลร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด งานพิเศษ หรือข้อเสนออื่นใด
- บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถออกใหม่กรณีสูญหาย ชำรุด หรือถูกขโมย
- กรุณาแสดงบัตรกำนัลเมื่อมาถึงห้องอาหาร และแจ้งการใช้บัตรกำนัลขณะทำการสำรองที่นั่ง

Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid until 31 July 2569.
- Kid’s Pricing:
- Ages 0–4: Free of charge
- Ages 5–11: 50% off the regular price
- Ages 12 and above: Full price applies
- No additional discounts apply, including early bird promotions.
- Rates are inclusive of a 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- Vouchers are redeemable at Benihana, Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium only.
- The Benihana Weekend Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM only.
- Benihana is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Vouchers are valid within the stated validity period only.
- Unused vouchers after the expiry date will be forfeited without refund or exchange.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, special events, or offers.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Vouchers must be presented upon arrival and mentioned at the time of reservation.
- The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
