only music, movement, cacao, and vibrant presence.

Instead of waking up drained, you leave feeling more alive than when you arrived.

Guided practices & body activation
Breathwork, light movement, and simple somatic exercises to awaken the nervous system and bring you into your body.

Conscious dance journey
An uplifting DJ set designed for free movement — from soft flow to energizing rhythms. Dance becomes a way to reset, release stress, and recharge.
