Indulge in a Fruits de Mer Royale seafood platter, pan‑fried Dover Sole, and the Côte de Bœuf dry‑aged Australian prime rib, alongside the classic Lobster Thermidor. Conclude your soirée with Colette’s French Poached Pear, perfectly paired with a bottle of fine red or white wine.
