Ticket Terms & Conditions
- Entry is strictly for guests 18 years and above.
- All prices are in Thai Baht and include tax and service charge.
- Final entry: 11:30 PM. Late arrivals may be denied or charged a THB 500 late fee.
- Ticket covers entry only; food and beverages are not included.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only through authorised channels.
- Guests must present their e-ticket at entry; wristbands are required for re-entry and must be worn at all times.
- Lost wristbands will not be replaced; a new purchase of THB 5,000 is required.
- In case of rain or natural events, tickets will be converted to F&B credit.
- Guests may appear in photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

Table Package Terms
- Table packages are valid for UNSEEN Clubroom (from 10:30 PM until late) only.
- All prices are in Thai Baht and include tax and service charge.
- Table allocation will be arranged by the CLUB SEEN team. While we will do our best to note preferences, specific table locations cannot be guaranteed.
- Final table check-in: 11:00 PM. Tables not checked in may be resold.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Wristbands are included per package; extra guests require separate tickets.
- Food & Beverage credit is included as per package details.
