Ticket Mechanics & Entry Information
📍 Rawai Pier, Phuket — check in at the pier according to your assigned arrival time on the ticket.

Guests who miss their designated departure time must purchase a new ticket to board the next transfer.
QR Codes & Entry
You will receive two QR codes after purchase: Speedboat Boarding Pass (pier) and Event Entry Pass (gate). Both must be presented for scanning.
Wristbands & Cashless System
After scanning your Event Entry Pass you will receive a wristband that also functions as your cashless payment. Top up at the event for food, drinks and merch. This is a cashless event.
All guests must check in at the pier according to ticketed arrival time. Speedboat transfer included. Please review all terms & conditions on the ticket page.
Please read carefully before attending. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
- Attendees must be 20+ with valid ID.
- All purchases non-refundable except in event cancellation, postponement,
- force-majeure, government order, or national mourning.
- Organizer may refuse entry/eject for rule violations, disorderly, illegal, or offensive behavior.
- Cashless Event ,Card, QR, Top-Up system on site
- Only small bags will be accepted, bumbags, small body bags,
- No outside food/drinks, no bulky items.
- No outside alcohol / illicit drugs allowed.Violators ejected, tickets void, drugs = police + permanent ban.
- Forgery/misuse of ID = criminal offense, police referral + permanent ban.
- Rain or shine, no refunds for weather.
- Lineup & schedule subject to change without notice.
- Damaged/tampered/unauthorized tickets invalid.
- Lost wristbands invalid; new ticket required.
- Consent to photography, filming, and recording for marketing purposes
- Organizer not liable for loss/theft/damage to personal property.
- All sales final. Service fees non-refundable.
- In cancellations, only ticket value refunded (excluding fees). Postponement refunds at organizer’s discretion.
